Mcdonald’s – McCafé Arrive Alive Campaign

McDonald’s South Africa collaborated with Arrive Alive South Africa at the Pretoria Zoo to create awareness around decreasing the number of lives lost on our South African roads through raising public awareness of road safety concerns. This campaign was paired with a fun-filled family day that also served as a pre-festive holiday safety campaign. Neonhive assisted by managing and setting up the picnic area, McCafe stations and VIP area ensuring all logistical elements were met and that the event was an overall huge success.

McCafé Springfield Convent High School 

We assisted McCafe with a fundraising event at the Springfield Convent High School. This included creating a VIP McCafe trailer setup, which included baristas and a VIP area for customers to relax, engage and enjoy their premium coffee.

McCafé Cape Town Station

Neonhive was tasked to pop-up the McCafe premier coffee experience at Cape Town City Station. This included a fun and interactive complementary coffee experience to all in surrounding areas and office blocks.

Table Bay Hotel – McDonald’s – McCafé Women Leadership Network

Neonhive was tasked to conceptualize and rollout the activation element of the McDonald’s Women Leadership Network event. This event included a banquet dinner setup, live entertainment and a McCafe coffee experience with a VIP area along with women in the group sharing their experience. This event was geared towards celebrating women, specifically those who have made an impact in their field.

McCafé Tyger Manor McDonald’s

We assisted McCafe with their presenter search activation at the Tyger Manor McDonald’s. This included creating a fun and interactive space for the presenters and media to do what they do best!

Monster Jam – McCafé Trailers and Kiosks

Being one of the major sponsors for Monster Jam 2019, we rolled out the roadshow in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban by conceptualizing the artwork and logistics of the McCafe trailers and kiosks. We also assisted with the activation in terms of promoting the brand.

McCafe’s Golf Day Activation

We assisted with the mechanics of the activation by serving coffee and doughnuts at the Randpark Golf Club to raise funds for RMHC (Ronald McDonald House of Charities), this was a McDonald’s CSI initiative where they showed support to moms whose babies are being treated at Baragwaneth Hospital and Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital.
