For around 40 years, Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust has been improving and implementing services available to survivors of sexual violence, things like counseling and legal support are only just the beginning. Working with the government and communities to provide fundamental information and training, while actively advocating for reform legally and socially.

Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust actively includes youth, parents, and teachers within their programs to ensure that there is a wider range of support within communities. They try to position youth as leaders in their communities and challenge them to rethink entrenched societal perceptions of violence, masculinity, femininity, and gender.

Using youth as their foundation has become their leading priority to prevent high rates of violence against women in our future generation. Providing knowledge, support, and justice to those affected by these unlawful acts with the goal and means to bring change for all women. They also have online webinars for those who are not able to join them, yet are still eager to learn more.
